Education
Richard graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law with a Bachelor of Laws in 1980 and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1981.
Professional Involvement
Richard’s experience in wills, estate planning and powers of attorney has led to many lecture appearances with the Public Legal Education Association. He stays abreast of changes in the legal world by memberships in the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association and Regina Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Active in his community and his church, Richard is past volunteer chair of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation, has coached minor basketball with Regina Community Basketball, has served on the council of Christ the King Church and is presently Honourary Solicitor of the Canadian Cancer Society.
