Patricia is an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer and is the head of our Entertainment Law group. She has a broad range of experience handling and advising on corporate governance matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions, financing, development and realizations, as well as a particular emphasis in film and television rights acquisition, development, financing and production.

Education
Patricia studied pre-law at the University of Brandon and received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manitoba in 1982. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1983.
Professional Involvement
Throughout her career, Patricia has been involved with professional organizations that have enriched her knowledge and expertise, including holding memberships in the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association, the Regina Bar Association, the Saskatchewan Motion Picture Association, the Regina Chamber of Commerce and the Legal Education Action Fund (LEAF).
Patricia is also the Chair of the Corporate Group of the Regina Office and is a member of the Regina Office's Executive Commitee.
Community Involvement
Away from the office, Patricia is a former director and trustee of the board of the National Film Board of Canada and sits of the Boards of Directors of Saskatchewan Express. She is a board member and Vice-Chair of the Regina Airport Authority, and is a member of its Audit Committee. She was the corporate secretary and legal counsel to the Lieutenant Governor’s Celebration of the Arts Gala in 2005 and has held leadership positions with Early Childhood Intervention Program Inc., Regina region.
