Diana Collard
Practice Areas
Diana has a general law practice, with her primary focus being corporate and commercial law. Diana has attended to the preparation of incorporation documents, bylaws, corporate resolutions, shareholder agreements, commercial lease agreements, commercial mortgages, and prepared asset and share purchase agreements. She also has experience with preparation of wills, powers of attorney and health care directives, dealing with estate matters including probate and administration of estates. Diana’s real estate experience includes the purchase and sale of residential and farmland property, including condominiums as well as commercial real estate transactions.
Diana also practices in area of immigration law including work permits, student authorizations, employment authorizations, and applications for Canadian citizenship.
Education
A University of Saskatchewan graduate, Diana received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 and was awarded the Bob and Edith Ridalls Memorial Book Prize for Highest Academic Achievement in the Department of Women and Gender Studies. She received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004 and was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2005.
Professional Involvement
Diana’s involvement with her professional associations enriches her knowledge and expertise. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatoon Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Away from the office, Diana volunteers for Global Gathering Place, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting new Canadians, and is a member of the Saskatoon chapter of Business and Professional Women’s Club.
