John has been a part of the Robertson Stromberg Pedersen team since his articles and is building a general law practice focusing on civil litigation, insurance law, municipal law and family law.
Education
Originally from Ontario, John holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Sciences from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University, and a Master’s degree in English from the University of Guelph. John taught high school maths, sciences, and English in Ontario and Saskatchewan before becoming a lawyer. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2007 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2008.

Professional Involvement
John is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. To further enhance his municipal law practice, he is also a member of the Saskatoon Development Appeals Board and serves as Secretary of the Martensville Development Appeals Board.

Community Involvement
Outside of work, John volunteers as Secretary of the Saskatoon Suzuki Strings board of directors. He also volunteers with the United Way of Saskatoon & Area Community Campaign as an Account Executive.
