Practice Areas
Tiffany practices primarily in the areas of municipal, family, human rights and employment law. She is also a certified collaborative lawyer.

Within her family law practice, Tiffany has extensive experience with respect to issues of divorce, custody, access, family property division, and adoptions. Tiffany has a strong record of successful litigation before the Court of Queen's Bench, Court of Queen's Bench FLD and the Court of Appeal.  Tiffany’s training and skills as a collaborative lawyer are of particular benefit to her family law clients. 

With respect to her municipal law practice, Tiffany represents a number of towns, villages and rural municipalities across Saskatchewan.  Tiffany's experience as a Saskatoon City Councillor allows her to provide exceptional service to her municipal clients.  Tiffany's strength is creating practical and effective solutions for individual communities.

With respect to employment and human rights law, Tiffany has extensive knowledge of issues employers/employees face such as wrongful dismissal, accommodation within the workplace, discrimination, equity, workers' compensation as well as providing practical management advice to corporations.  Tiffany has successfully appeared in front of the Human Rights Commission, Workers' Compensation Board, Queen's Bench and the Court of Appeal in matters related to employment and human rights law.

Education
A University of Saskatchewan alumna, Tiffany received a Bachelor of Arts Advanced degree in psychology in 1996 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1998. She was admitted to the Bar in Saskatchewan in 1999. After beginning her law practice, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Arts (certificate) in French in 2000. She became a Certified Collaborative Lawyer in 2004.
Professional Involvement
Tiffany is actively involved in professional organizations that enhance her knowledge and skills. She has held a number of positions within the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), including Chair of the Young Lawyers Association, Chair of the CBA Job Search Workshop, Member of the CBA Planning Committee for the 2001 National Meeting and Member of the Saskatchewan Bar Association Council.  Tiffany is also the Vice-President of the Saskatoon Bar Association and volunteers with the Public Legal Education Association.
Community Involvement
Dedicated to her community, Tiffany has been a Saskatoon City Councillor since 2000. She was the youngest person ever to be elected to City Hall and has been re-elected twice. As a Councillor Tiffany has served on a broad range of committees and boards.  She has served on the Planning and Operations Committee, Administration and Finance Committee, Saskatoon Police Commission, Saskatchewan Place Board of Directors, the Broadway Business Improvement District, Saskatoon Women’s Advisory Committee, the Saskatoon Environmental Advisory Committee and Saskatchewan Urban Municipality Association (SUMA).
