Sean’s practice focuses on family law, estates litigation, and commercial litigation. With experience before Provincial Courts and Courts of Queen’s Bench in both Saskatchewan and Alberta, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta, Sean has handled family dispute cases, adoptions, estate litigation, personal injury litigation and insurance defence.
Education
A University of Saskatchewan graduate, Sean received his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2003. He was called to both the Saskatchewan and Alberta Bars in 2004.
Professional Involvement
Committed to staying current in his profession, Sean is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Saskatchewan Law Society and the Saskatoon Bar Association. He also holds a membership with the Alberta Law Society.
