A number of Robertson Stromberg Pedersen LLP’s lawyers act as Mediators in assisting parties to a dispute negotiate a settlement acceptable to everyone involved. While Mediation can be applied to any area in which there is a dispute, we have particular experience in mediating employment, commercial and estate disputes. We assist Unions and Employers in negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, we serve as Mediators pursuant to The Automobile Accident Insurance Act.In other instances where our clients are involved in a dispute, we assist them in mediation proceedings.
