Gary Young will moderate a seminar on class action litigation and electronic discovery hosted by the Arc Group Canada. Class Actions continue to burgeon and present unique challenges to those faced with their defence.

The seminar, held at the Dominion Club, Toronto, Ontario will focus on avoidance of litigation in the defence of class actions from the perspective of distinguished Canadian, American and European counsel.
